Partner with HR, employee relations, and business stakeholders to work through personnel matters with sound legal judgment
Stay current on employment law and regulatory developments and flag relevant changes to the broader team
Respond to time-sensitive legal questions from HR and management with clear, practical guidance

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of relevant legal experience in labor and employment law
Solid working knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations (including ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, etc.)
JD or equivalent degree, with admission to at least one US state bar

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal audiences
Strong client relationship skills and a collaborative approach to working with HR and management
