Today, a lot of GCC's most valuable data is scattered. Research, media coverage, agency reporting, processes, and planning documents live in different places and formats, with different access. That makes it hard for teams to bring it together, and hard for AI to do anything with it. You'll connect those sources, structure them so AI can actually retrieve and reason over the content, and design tools on top of them. The teams who produce the data still own it. You make sure it's structured, accessible, and fits together, so everyone gets more out of it.
A lot of this job comes down to giving people across the team more ownership of their work. That happens two ways. First, by reducing dependencies, the places where people are stuck waiting on a manual step, a handoff, or the one person who knows how something works. Second, by clearing away the rote, repetitive work that fills their days. You'll get to know how GCC operates, find where both of these slow people down, and build what it takes to help. Everyone here is a builder, and your job is to support that.
No two months in this role look the same. The data keeps growing, the tools keep changing, and there's always a new challenge worth taking on. It's a great fit for someone who likes to work independently, dig into complex problems, and see their work make a difference across a team.
