Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one or more of our various Product teams. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on developing and scaling the core backend systems that power our platform, with a strategic focus on integrating AI technologies. You will also lead a fullstack product team, ensuring seamless integration between the backend and user-facing features. You'll partner closely with senior technical leaders and help drive execution across AI integration, product strategy, and business growth. What You'll Do

  • Lead and Grow the Teams: Manage and mentor one or more teams. Hire and develop talent to support company growth and evolving product needs.

  • Own the Product Roadmap & Execution: Partner with Product, Design, and GTM to define priorities, translate customer needs into clear plans, and drive delivery with strong operational rigor (planning, quality, and predictable execution).
