This leader will oversee a team of Operation Engineers who act as single liaison between Operations and Engineering owning (1) Sourcing problems: Filtering signals from DSP feedback and ops listening tools to identify and prioritize engineering programs (2) Centralizing reporting: Owning consolidated operational dashboards (e.g., Pulse Dashboard) that provide a single pane of glass across SP&E programs (3) Bridging the gap: Serving as the dedicated conduit that translates operational pain points into actionable engineering requirements, eliminating the current ad hoc handoff model.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
