Original job description

Content provided by the employer

AWS Private Pricing is one of the most strategically important commercial programs at Amazon Web Services — enabling enterprise customers to accelerate their cloud transformation through multi-year commitments in exchange for pricing value, expanded service access, and innovation opportunities. The program drives billions in committed revenue and shapes AWS's deepest, longest-lasting customer relationships. Private Pricing is now at an inflection point: we are expanding access beyond traditional enterprise segments, evolving the value proposition, and fundamentally reimagining the deal experience through automation and generative AI.
The Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) organization owns this program end-to-end. Within GDSP, the Private Pricing Product Management (3PM) team is responsible for the tools, platforms, and technology that power the Private Pricing experience for thousands of internal sellers and external customers globally.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the product strategy for a critical domain within the Private Pricing platform. You will define the vision, build the roadmap, and deliver products that transform how AWS's largest deals are created, structured, and executed. This is a high-ambiguity, high-autonomy role where you will identify unsolved problems, make bets on where to invest, and influence engineering teams and VP-level leadership to bring your vision to life.

Why This Role
■ Scale: Your products will be used by thousands of AWS sellers managing the company's most significant customer relationships
■ AI-native opportunity: You'll define how generative AI reshapes enterprise deal-making — from intelligent automation to predictive analytics
■ Executive visibility: You'll regularly present strategy and results to AWS VP leadership
■ Career trajectory: This role sits at the intersection of data, AI, and enterprise commercial strategy

Key job responsibilities
• Proven experience with implementing direct-to-customer technologies (i.e., websites, mobile apps)
• Experience converting customer needs into solutions using proven methods such as design thinking and agile product leadership
• Manage complex technology implementations, coordinating internal and external cross-functional stakeholders across geographies
• Prioritize features, experience enhancements, bug fixes, and simplify tech landscape based on predefined criteria in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Manage blockers, drive escalations, anticipate and make trade-off decisions, balance business needs and technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while delivering excellent customer experiences
• Design and implement new processes through tools and technology to scale the Private Pricing Experience
• Analyze data and customer needs to provide tooling recommendations and enhancement ideas
• Evolve norms and processes for 3PM such as product management templates, backlog management, prioritization criteria, requirements writing, communications and stakeholder management
