We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own End-User Experience across the Agentic WorkSpaces portfolio.
The Agentic WorkSpaces organization envisions a world where people, teams, and AI collaborate securely from anywhere to create unprecedented value for every organization. We build lovable products that empower every business to unlock the full potential of human-AI teamwork, driving smarter decisions, greater creativity, more value, and faster innovation with confidence. This vision is realized through the agentic WorkSpace — a secure, managed environment purpose-built for human-AI collaboration at enterprise scale, where people and AI agents work side by side to deliver results neither could achieve alone.
This is a strategic, portfolio-level role focused on defining how people and AI agents experience, interact with, and derive value from our products. You will establish the end-user experience strategy, principles, and measurable bar across a set of products that span today's human-centered virtual desktop experiences, emerging in-product agentic assistance, and future fully agentic workloads. You will define the experience paradigms for agentic WorkSpaces across the full spectrum of use cases: human workloads, in-app agents that assist people in completing work, and headless or autonomous agentic workloads that operate on behalf of users or businesses. You will ensure that agentic interfaces are cohesive across the portfolio, that product teams are building from a common set of tenets and guidelines, and that the human experience becomes richer and simpler as AI capabilities expand rather than more fragmented or complex.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of our end-user personas, their work patterns, and the industry contexts in which they operate. You will clarify how the needs of a call center agent differ from those of an engineer, how a financial advisor's workflow differs from a contractor's, and how autonomous AI agents introduce entirely new experience requirements. You will identify the patterns that cut across personas and industries, distinguish them from requirements that are truly unique, and translate those insights into product direction that individual teams can adopt and execute. You will partner closely with engineering, design, product, go-to-market, and product marketing to shape roadmaps, influence product decisions, and ensure that end-user experience is treated as a strategic differentiator across the organization. You will also own the KPIs that define whether we are delivering a world-class end-user experience. You will establish the right measures of usability, adoption, productivity, agent effectiveness, user trust, task completion, and business value. You will identify where our products fall short, raise the bar across teams, and drive the changes needed to close those gaps.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and deeply customer obsessed. They are curious about how people work, how AI agents will change work, and how enterprise products must evolve as human and agentic workflows converge. They can move comfortably from customer conversations to product principles, from ambiguous future-state thinking to near-term execution, and from portfolio-level strategy to the details that determine whether a product feels intuitive, trustworthy, and indispensable. This is an opportunity to define the end-user experience for a new category of enterprise product: one where humans and AI agents collaborate securely at scale. The person in this role will help shape not just individual features, but the experience model, product bar, and operating principles that guide Agentic WorkSpaces as the portfolio evolves.
