This role will be based in Sunnyvale or remote.

As an Insights Associate Program Manager supporting the business, you will leverage one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world. You will work with a high-caliber, passionate team to lead high-impact projects and scale data-driven insights that enable our sales teams to unlock customer value.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking the LinkedIn dataset and using it to build and maintain scalable insights solutions to support the business. You will start with the tools we’ve already created and dive deep on how we can automate, optimize, and improve upon them further. You will resolve any end-user challenges and ensure that they are able to use our internal tools effectively and reliably.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage LinkedIn’s unique data used to power innovative tools to address business challenges.
- Write SQL/Presto/Trino/Spark queries to extract the necessary data and leverage data visualization tools such as Tableau to present the information.
- Take existing queries or narratives and optimize them to run more efficiently/consistently while building in automated checks and controls to proactively flag any problems.
- Handle incoming support requests to ensure our end users experience is bug-free and efficient.
- Experiment with and implement enhancements to various internal data tools to improve usefulness for the broader team.
- Build cross-functional momentum for operational improvements and partner effectively with other teams.
- Evangelize the use of data in sales and represent the voice of our customers.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis
- 3+ years of experience with PowerPoint and Excel (Microsoft suite)
- 3+ years working with SQL and data visualization tools to query large data-sets (e.g. Presto/Trino, Spark SQL, Tableau, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Experience with data storytelling, turning data into insights and presenting to internal and/or external stakeholders
- Experience with product, data engineering, or sales analytics and/or data science
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with project management & managing complex, multi-workstream programs.
- Strong business acumen, creative problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and desire & ability to learn.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Expert knowledge of SQL - excited about opportunities to optimize/tune queries joining datasets with billions of rows and optimize performance.
- Knowledge of Hadoop (Presto/Spark), git, & Tableau
- Ability to provide a business lens to analytical and technical problems.
- Ability to build alliances across the company.
- Ability to translate user feedback into tool requirements.

The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
