Meet the Team

Join the Americas Hyperscale and AI Sales (AHS) organization, where we are defining the future of cloud and AI infrastructure by aligning our expertise with the world’s most influential technology accounts. Our organization operates through specialized pillars—Platform Hyperscalers and Emerging AI and Cloud — to drive deep co-development and market-leading innovation. You will be at the heart of this growth, partnering with enterprise-wide leadership to scale our operations and support the strategic execution of our FY27 vision and beyond.

As the Senior Director, Business Operations – Americas Hyperscale & AI Sales, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and aligning key partners across the One Cisco operating model for short term and long-term growth. You will serve as a cross functional planner and trusted advisor, to operationalize cross functional collaboration with strategic partners including the Office of the CEO, Business Entities, Business Units, Supply Chain, and Corporate Strategy as well as run-the business peers across Strategy, Planning & Operations, Finance, Legal, and People & Communities.

Your Impact

  • Operationalize and synchronize cross functional planning, alignment, and joint outcomes

  • Orchestrate strategic alignment across Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Business Units, and CX to compress deal cycle time and eliminate friction from conception through approval

  • Optimize business constructs to accelerate deal approval; lead large deal creation and approval processes

  • Lead the overall strategy and execution of GTM in hyperscale

  • Ensure the pre-sales to post-sales lifecycle meets hyperscaler needs

  • Lead long range market planning and analysis, portfolio alignment, and account penetration strategy

  • Drive change management initiatives that translate strategic shifts into operational reality

  • Translate customer requirements into execution through focused Technical Program Management

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Strategic Planning, Sales Finance, Business Operations or Supply Chain within the technology sector

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field

  • Direct experience within a sales organization or sales process (not purely strategy) including exposure to working with customers and closing deals

  • Demonstrated success navigating large, complex deals with strategic enterprise customers

  • Proven track record of leading through influence, building positive relationships with cross functional teams, executives and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree

  • Deep understanding of the Hyperscaler market, selling motions and customer base

  • Supply chain experience, and an understanding of how it intersects with large-deal execution

  • Familiarity navigating legal/contract processes as part of large, complex deal cycles

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes, formulate strategic recommendations, and operationalize execution

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills; capable of influencing at all levels, both internally and externally
