Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Department Description
Salesforce Professional Services helps customers accelerate transformation and realize greater value from their Salesforce investments. We combine deep Salesforce expertise with strategic advisory, industry knowledge, and delivery excellence to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes. The Growth & Offerings team identifies emerging customer needs and translates them into differentiated, repeatable, and scalable Professional Services offerings. Working across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery, the team creates solutions that accelerate adoption, increase product consumption, and help customers navigate AI-driven transformation.
About the Role
As the Senior Manager, Offer Development, you are a builder, strategist, and orchestrator. You thrive in the space between customer needs, product strategy, sales, and delivery—turning emerging opportunities into scalable Professional Services offerings. Applying product-management discipline, commercial thinking, and AI-forward innovation, you will guide offerings from initial concept through design, commercialization, launch, and continuous improvement. Where others see ambiguity, you create clarity, establish structure, and drive execution.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Offering Lifecycle: Lead the development of repeatable, scalable Professional Services offerings. Translate market insights and Salesforce product roadmaps into forward-looking service concepts, ensuring launch readiness aligns with major platform releases.
Design & Commercialization: Build comprehensive offering kits, including GTM materials, delivery assets, pricing, and enablement content. Validate concepts with customers and internal stakeholders to refine scope, positioning, and delivery models prior to scaling.
Strategic Orchestration & Governance: Serve as the central cross-functional lead across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Delivery. Drive alignment from concept to launch and establish offering development methodologies, governance models, and operating rhythms.
AI-First Innovation: Drive AI adoption by leveraging internal agentic workflows to accelerate offer creation and embedding AI/agentic capabilities directly into customer-facing service solutions.
Portfolio Performance: Define and monitor success metrics (adoption, pipeline, revenue, time-to-market). Establish feedback loops to refine offerings and make data-driven decisions on scaling, refreshing, or retiring portfolio items.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Strategy, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 8+ years of proven track record in product management, service design, or commercializing professional services/consulting offerings from concept to launch.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce products (AI, Data, CRM) and how they integrate to solve complex enterprise challenges.
Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to define target personas, use cases, pricing models, and delivery structures.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a proven ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively with senior leadership, technical teams, and sales organization.
AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience or active engagement with AI, generative AI, agentic systems, or automation to optimize business processes and services.
Adaptability: Structured thinker capable of thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced global environments.
What Success Looks Like
Speed to Market: Swift transition of ideas to commercial offerings, directly addressing customer demand and strategic priorities.
Clear Positioning & Enablement: Sales teams and partners have clear messaging, target profiles, and positioning guidance.
Scalable Delivery: Delivery teams are fully equipped with assets, skills, and frameworks to scale execution consistently.
Continuous Optimization: Portfolio performance is actively managed, using direct feedback and AI capabilities to drive continuous enhancements.
