Drive adoption of AI-enabled pricing tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, staffing models, and value measurement
Collaborate on cross-functional AI and legal transformation initiatives spanning Legal, Finance, Legal Technology and Procurement.
Develop and deliver training and change management to strengthen capabilities in pricing, scoping, budgeting, and matter analysis
Monitor legal market pricing trends and emerging best practices to continuously improve pricing strategy and governance
Influence senior leadership strategic priorities by aligning business goals, spend impact and measurable outcomes
Manage multiple concurrent work streams with disciplined execution, clear prioritization, and strong stakeholder communication
You're Our Person If...
8+ years of experience within a law firm, corporation, or professional services environment
Proven experience supporting partners, senior lawyers, and/or executive business leaders in a large organization
Demonstrated ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders, build credibility, drive alignment, and deliver with authority
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analyses in a clear, compelling, executive-ready manner
Strong analytical and commercial judgment applied to matter budgeting, pricing strategy, and fee arrangement development
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity, set direction independently, and deliver outcomes in fast-evolving environments
Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing firm wide initiatives across multiple work streams
Familiarity with legal pricing, legal matter management systems, and legal AI technologies
High proficiency in financial presentations, including executive-level storytelling and data visualization
Even Better If...
Experience in a Fortune 500 company or an AmLaw 100 firm.
Experience developing and/or implementing pricing strategy frameworks or tools across business units
Experience leading or supporting client-facing pricing discussions, negotiations, and/or RFP responses
Experience driving adoption of new tools and processes through training, change management, and stakeholder enablement
Experience partnering closely with cross functional teams on matter analytics, workflow improvements, or AI enablement initiatives
