Key job responsibilities
Daily Inventory Operations & Execution
- Execute daily replenishment transactions, purchase order management, and inventory allocation tasks
- Enter data into ordering systems and route purchase orders to appropriate distribution partners and vendors
- Monitor inventory positions across distribution nodes; identify and escalate out-of-stock risks, overstock situations, and spoilage exposure
- Support inventory planning for promotional events, seasonal peaks, and new product launches by preparing data, tracking quantities, and coordinating logistics details
- Execute cycle count reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Support coordination with third-party distributors on day-to-day operational needs; track open issues, follow through on resolutions, and escalate unresolved problems
Reporting & Analytics Support
- Build, maintain, and distribute daily/weekly inventory performance reports
- Create and update dashboards and tracking tools that provide visibility into category inventory health
- Pull and organize data for ad-hoc analyses requested by the Inventory Planning Manager or leadership
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems; identify and correct data quality issues
Process Documentation & Improvement Support
- Document reporting methodologies and maintain a library of standard report templates
- Identify recurring data errors, manual bottlenecks, or process inconsistencies and recommend fixes
- Support implementation of new tracking and reporting systems by testing, validating data, and providing user feedback
- Maintain organized records of vendor communications, PO history, and inventory decisions for audit and reference

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
