Position Responsibilities:
Ensure availability and performance of Amazon's production environment for applications and services. Support development and release of Selling Partner APIs (SP-APIs) and data products, including developer-facing platform features. Maintain and improve developer UI and user-acceptance testing suites. Manage monitoring and metrics, respond rapidly to API outages, and resolve technical issues reported by sellers and developers. Update, track, and resolve technical challenges. Lead Correction of Error investigations for issues with large customer impact. Fix bugs, enhance code repositories and workflows, and build, test, deploy, and release changes to the production environment. Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to improve real-time monitoring of production system health. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support customers.
Position Requirements:
