The Logistics Execution Program Manager owns secured in-transit execution and service reliability, driving partner accountability to meet committed on time delivery through TMS-defined strategies, and optimizing network performance across transportation (dedicated fleet and multi-stop routing), packaging configurations, and equipment utilization. This role supports site readiness and capacity alignment, in addition to using data and technology to proactively identify and mitigate service delays and risks. You will partner with our Command Center of Excellence to reduce delays and dwell times, drive partner accountability, and establish continuous improvement processes, ensuring fast, reliable execution in support of NVIDIA's rapid growth and ramps.
What you'll be doing:

Develop and deliver initiatives and assignments from inception to close-out, on time and within scope and budget. Lead and maintain efficient delivery of all services.
Develop recommendations and presentations to Executive Management on matters pertaining to operational changes, rule and process updates, incident investigation and response, long term strategies, and engineering project operations impacts.
Own the development of logistics programs, including building out future AI/automation capability.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma tools) to reduce cost, cycle time, failures, and optimization, while increasing capacity and quality.
Develop capacity planning and inventory strategies based on projected demand to support product launches and seasonal demand spikes, in addition to leading organizational change; ramping new sites and/or lanes, rollout of new systems (TMS, ERP integrations), SOPs, training, and governance.
Collaborate in the development, implementation, and administration of business continuity plans (disruption mitigation, contingency carriers, accidents, emergencies, inclement weather, natural disasters, and geopolitical events) and business continuity related communication for internal and external partners.
Coordinate cross-functional collaborators (product, engineering, sales, finance, customer success, global trade, tax, IT, security) to align service SLAs with supplier commercial commitments.
Evaluate, develop, recommend, and communicate new or revised policies, programs and procedures that impact cross functional operations, including policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), communication protocols, business processes, and development of Key Performance Indicators and reporting.
