  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, QuickSight, or advanced Excel
  • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with competing priorities
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices

Join Amazon Global Logistics as a Shipper Performance Coach and drive innovation in our transportation and logistics network. In this pivotal role, you'll enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers, evaluate network defects, and implement performance improvements. Your work will directly impact Amazon's ability to deliver exceptional service to millions of customers worldwide.

Key job responsibilities
- Analyze shipper performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement coaching strategies for underperforming shippers
- Create actionable recommendations to enhance shipper efficiency and compliance

- Manage performance metrics and report on progress to key stakeholders

A day in the life
As a Shipper Performance Coach, you'll start your day reviewing performance data and identifying trends. You'll then conduct coaching sessions with shippers, offering tailored advice to improve their processes. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with various teams to implement new strategies and track their effectiveness. You'll also participate in innovation sessions, brainstorming ways to revolutionize the transportation shipper experience.
