Join Amazon's Devices & Services Financial Planning & Analysis team and shape the financial strategy behind innovative products like Alexa, Ring, FireTV, and Kindle. We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead Variable and Non HC Fixed Opex across the Devices organization.

We seek a strategic thinker who can manage a broad portfolio of spend categories, drive AI-powered innovation in financial processes, and serve as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and variance reporting for Variable Opex (including Device Managed Marketing and Partner Deals), Direct Variable Opex, and Non-HC Engineering spend.

Work across a team of finance professionals while championing AI adoption to automate and improve core workflows.

Serve as a trusted business partner to VP and Director-level stakeholders, translating complex financial data into strategic recommendations that inform executive reviews and drive decision-making.

A day in the life
As a Finance Manager on our Opex Financial Planning & Analysis team, you'll own the financial strategy behind some of our largest and most complex cost pools. Your day might include deep-diving into Variable Opex variances to surface insights for leadership, partnering with engineering and marketing teams to sharpen Non-HC spend forecasts, or presenting cost optimization recommendations in executive reviews that shape how we invest across Devices & Services.

You'll explore how AI tools can automate reporting workflows, accelerate variance analysis, and unlock deeper cost insights that manual processes miss. You'll also manage and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables across MBR/QBR cycles while keeping cross-functional partners aligned on financial priorities.

Your work directly impacts how leadership understands the cost structure, efficiency levers, and investment trade-offs within our portfolio.

About the team

We're committed to modernizing our processes through technology and innovation, and we're excited to welcome someone who can help us leverage new tools and methodologies to enhance our impact.
