Amazon's global accounting team is searching for financial accounting and audit professionals who consistently exceed expectations, thrive in a challenging workplace, and can actively contribute to our talented team. The global accounting organization supports financial reporting, internal controls, intercompany and transfer pricing activities, and new business launches across consumer products, digital initiatives, merchant, operations, logistics, payments, and cloud computing lines of business.

The Accelerated Finance Rotation Program (AFRP) is a 2-year rotational program designed to develop a broad set of skills within Accounting and support experience requirements for professional licenses (e.g. CPA) and certifications (e.g. CIA, CISA). The program offers structured training, development, and networking opportunities. As a Financial Analyst, you'll rotate across Central Line functions (e.g. Financial Reporting, M&A, Intercompany) and Business-line Accounting (e.g. Inventory, Payments, Digital) on a 1 year/1 year schedule. You'll gain exposure to month-end close processes, internal controls, analytics, technical accounting, and new business launches. Preferred applicants have exposure to operational accounting concepts such as inventory, procurement, payables, receivables, and revenue. Successful candidates will bring diverse perspectives and varied experiences, whether from school, life, or past jobs.

This role is based in Culver City, CA (relocation assistance provided, if eligible), and requires the ability to begin full-time employment by the end of 2026. Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
