Position Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business decision-making. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts. Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to goals and forecast. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations by working alongside upstream business, operations, and technology teams to develop and integrate scalable end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and solutions. Perform accurate financial reporting and planning, track performance, and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Identify and analyze escalation trends to recognize underlying defects and root causes. Work across time zones worldwide as required. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements. Utilize data from multiple databases and internal tools (using Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau or other data management systems) to conduct comprehensive reporting and analysis. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as requested by leadership.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $112,088/year to $117,100/year.

Basic Qualifications
Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related analytical field and four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) experience with at least one of the following: (a) financial modeling, (b) accounts payable, (c) accounts receivable, or (d) forecasting future financial results; (2) building and managing financial models for business forecasting and variance analysis using advanced excel spreadsheet techniques such as vlookups and pivot tables; and (3) conducting sophisticated analysis of complex business data applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze trends and make business decisions and translating results into actionable deliverables using: (a) business intelligence tools including Excel, SQL, Tableau, MS Access, Essbase, or Cognos; and (b) financial systems including Oracle, SAP, Lawson, or JD Edwards.#0000
