Amazon MGM Studios has an immediate opening for a Business Affairs Executive interested in working with our Non-Fiction BA team to help to deliver innovative non-fiction content (i.e., reality/unscripted programming and documentary series and films).

This role will be responsible for structuring, negotiating, and drafting agreements for non-fiction projects across development and production. The Business Affairs Executive will work closely with creative, production, legal and finance teams to execute deals that support Amazon MGM's content strategy and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong business judgment and the ability to balance creative and business objectives while maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This position is located in Culver City, California.

Key job responsibilities
1. Structure, negotiate, and draft development and production related agreements for non-fiction programming;
2. Partner with production companies in connection with the negotiations of above the line talent and other key hires for Amazon MGM Studios-commissioned projects;
3. Provide strategic guidance on deal terms and industry standards;

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
