Join Amazon's legal team supporting Alexa, where you'll be part of a dynamic team working at the intersection of AI and consumer technology. We are looking for a talented Corporate Counsel to support our rapidly evolving Alexa business. You’ll be a leader in the legal team primarily responsible for counseling the Alexa business on privacy and policy matters. You will advise on a broad range of legal topics, including privacy, content policy, licensing, technology, and regulatory engagement. You will work directly with the business, serving as lead counsel on strategic issues and deals, providing day-to-day input on business and strategy, advising on the launch of new products and features, resolving issues that arise in commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries. You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and you will build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.

Some travel will be required.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
