Role Summary
This is a 12-week, full-time Hardware ASIC Design internship with NVIDIA’s Hardware teams. Interns work on projects related to ASIC design, verification, physical design, and performance optimization.
What You'll Do
- Develop RTL designs using HDL and digital design methodologies.
- Perform timing and static timing analysis, synthesis, and timing closure.
- Optimize power and performance.
- Create testbenches and apply verification and emulation methodologies.
- Work with CAD and physical design flows, including floorplanning, power/clock distribution, packaging, and P&R.
- Analyze architectural tradeoffs, power and noise, and silicon instrumentation and measurement.

- Computer Architecture, Computer Arithmetic, Object-Oriented Programming, Functional Coverage, CMOS Transistors, Circuits, System-on-Chip (SoC), SRAM Design
- Architectural Tradeoff Analysis, Power and Noise Analysis, Silicon Instrumentation and Measurement

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay based on the position, your location, year in school, degree, and experience. The hourly rate for our interns is 20 USD - 71 USD.You will also be eligible for Intern benefits.
