The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech with Personalization or Ad Platform and API experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide.

You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience.

We are looking for an analytical, data-driven, resourceful, customer-focused individual who has the ability to work independently but also excels as part of a high-performing team. This individual will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers' best interests in mind at all times.

Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports – including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll and MGM+. All customers, regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not, can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
