Job Description:

Intel's Brand and Creative team, within the Global Marketing and Communications Group, is seeking a Data Center and AI (DCAI) Brand Strategist to lead the strategic development of Intel's data center, AI infrastructure, and enterprise brands. This role will shape Intel's brand portfolio across CPUs, GPUs, AI accelerators, networking, and software, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise, cloud, and developer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Lead the creation, curation, and management of Intel's data center and AI product brand strategy across hardware and software that spans multiple types of workloads.

  • Naming and Architecture: Define and implement strategic decisions regarding product brand creation, brand extensions, hierarchy, categories, and segmentation across silicon, systems, and software tiers - ensuring the architecture reflects real technical distinctions. Oversee the development of naming conventions, nomenclature, and tiering strategies for a technically nuanced portfolio, ensuring names are credible to technical buyers while remaining clear to business decision-makers.

  • Cross-functional and Technical Collaboration: Partner with silicon architects, hardware and software engineers, product marketing, and designers to ensure branding strategies accurately reflect the underlying technology

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage senior stakeholders across business units, engineering, sales, and marketing teams - including Data Center and AI Group leadership - to drive alignment on long-term brand decisions for a fast-moving, competitive category.

  • Brand Activation and Visual Identity: Collaborate on the development of physical and digital brand activations ensuring consistent and impactful brand storytelling for enterprise, cloud, and developer audiences.

  • Brand Analysis and Insights: Work with internal and external teams to validate brand strategy frameworks, measure impact with audiences, benchmark against competitive brands, and refine ongoing brand management practices.

  • Agency and Vendor Management: Direct internal and external brand and naming resources to support branding initiatives when necessary. Identify and implement efficiencies in workflows across the portfolio.

A Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate:

  • Deep expertise in brand strategy, naming, and architecture, applied to complex, technical B2B product portfolios.

  • Working technical fluency in data center and AI infrastructure - a clear understanding of how CPUs, GPUs, and AI accelerators differ and complement each other, how heterogeneous compute systems are architected, and how software (frameworks, compilers, runtime libraries, and orchestration tools) enables portability and performance across training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads.

  • Willingness and ability to drive strategic thinking for evolving product categories as AI infrastructure and workloads.

  • Passion for enterprise, cloud, and developer-facing products and technical audience engagement.

  • Proven skills to influence creative strategy and visual identity systems for technically sophisticated products.

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with silicon engineers, systems architects, and software teams as well as marketing and design.

  • A track record of driving data-driven brand decision-making.

  • Experience guiding executive-level stakeholders and fostering business alignment in a competitive, fast-moving market.

  • Exceptional project management skills to oversee branding initiatives across silicon, systems, and software workstreams.
