A day in the life
As a Leadership Development Business Partner, your days are about one thing: making leaders across Selling Partner Services better at leading. Some mornings you're sitting with a senior business leader, digging into the data to figure out what capabilities are most needed in their organization over the next 12 months. Other days you're designing a curriculum from scratch, facilitating a room full of managers, or piloting something new to see what moves the needle.

You'll partner with HRBPs, senior business leaders, your fellow LDBPs, org and regional L&D teams, and Employee Experience Partners. Your customers span the full leadership pipeline, from people managers to senior leaders, across multiple organizations and geographies. The problems are real and rarely tidy: how do leaders scale themselves, build manager capability that sticks, and strengthen the culture they create every day? You'll own the answers end to end and measure whether it worked.
