As Health Senior Products Counsel, you will support the development of Apple’s innovative health products, collaborating with engineering, marketing, operations, clinical, and regulatory teams to bring cutting-edge products and features to users worldwide.

Description

In this role, you will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal Group, supporting global business partners developing health technologies, products, and features. You will advise engineering, marketing, operations, clinical, and regulatory teams on legal matters related to health-related features and products, including product development, compliance, marketing, research collaborations and partnerships, and human subjects research. You will draft and negotiate a variety of agreements to facilitate the design, development, and distribution of Apple’s health technologies, and health research studies. You will help formulate legal and regulatory strategies, collaborate with other legal groups, and advise on and provide novel solutions to assess and mitigate risks presented by the development of innovative health technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of legal experience in a company, law firm, or government agency
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one state bar

Pay & Benefits — Cupertino, California, United States

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $235,100 and $353,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
