Position: Professional Services II - AMZ19475.5
Location: Dallas, TX
Multiple Positions Available:
Collaborate with strategists, AI/ML scientists and architects to research, design, develop, and evaluate generative AI solutions to address real-world challenges:
Build robust and scalable Generative AI solutions for customer facing business problems, leveraging internal assets, AWS services and open-source technology.
Deliver a wide range of GenAI solutions including RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG), Multi-Agent systems, Intelligent
Document Processing, AI chatbots, and model fine-tuning.
Interact with customers directly to understand their business
problems, via diagnostic calls and discovery workshops, and gather
their data, architecture and security requirements for designing
production-ready generative AI solutions.
Aid customers in implementing generative AI solutions, for example
providing guidance/advice on adoption patterns and paths to
production, code snippets, or hands-on development on customerowned resources.
Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog
posts, sample code, and presentations adapted to technical,
business, and executive stakeholder.
Contribute to development of general-purpose assets or products
that can be customized depending on customer needs.
Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of
historical data to help automate and optimize key processes, and
provide insight to leadership on areas of opportunity for future
investments.
100% telecommuting permitted; work may be performed from
anywhere in the U.S.
Up to 50% of domestic travel required.
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $156998 - $177600)

Basic Qualifications
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the master’s degree and one year of experience.Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s):
(1) Programming languages including SQL or Python.
(2) AWS stack and services and best architecture design practices.
(3) Refining, optimizing, and deploying AI/ML models, pipeline, and full solutions in production software applications.
(4) Translating technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights.
(5) Machine Learning and generative AI concepts and application strategies.
