Position: Program Manager III - AMZ27254.1
Location: Charleston, SC
Multiple Positions Available:
Identify, design, develop, implement, and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to ensure optimal customer experience related to fulfillment solutions. Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions. Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness. Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance. Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain, and fulfillment operations. Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators. Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements. Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects, and using this data to drive/influence business decisions. Up to 30% domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Program/Project Manager, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent and five years of experience as equivalent. One year of experience in the following skills: managing operations projects from design to implementation for large-scale fulfillment solutions; experience with selection optimization; and working with statistical analysis and data mining tools utilizing Excel, Tableau, or SQL. Experience in program management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery. Experience in working in the business procurement organization of a consumer market segment company or related industry experience in supply chain/transportation operations, direct-to-customer fulfillment/distribution center/operations, general management, or engineering operations. Up to 30% domestic and/or international travel may be required.Preferred Qualifications
