Leads strategic relationships with C suite and senior business, technology, and operations leaders across a complex global Tier 1 retailer. Serves as a deeply trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning Microsoft's vision, innovation agenda, and business outcomes with the customer's long term priorities. Orchestrates cross functional Microsoft teams to develop executive engagement strategies, assess business risks and opportunities, and drive cloud transformational initiatives that deliver measurable business value. Owns the strategy, growth, and expansion of the Azure business across the customer, driving cloud adoption, consumption, workload modernization, and long term platform commitments that accelerate both customer outcomes and Microsoft revenue growth. Acts as the senior voice of the customer within Microsoft, influencing investment decisions, product direction, and executive sponsorship models to accelerate customer success. Partners directly with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, and line of business executives to shape digital transformation strategies, address enterprise wide challenges, and position Microsoft as a strategic partner. Builds and maintains executive relationship maps, governance frameworks, and engagement plans that strengthen stakeholder alignment and executive sponsorship. Establishes best practices for executive engagement, business planning, Azure consumption growth, and strategic account development across large, high impact accounts. Key AI Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of Microsoft's AI portfolio, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, AI Agents, Fabric, and Power Platform.
- Ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize AI business scenarios that deliver measurable customer outcomes and business value.
- Experience leading AI transformation discussions with business and technology decision-makers, including CIO, CTO, CDO, and business executives.
- Knowledge of enterprise data foundations required for AI success, including data governance, security, compliance, and modern data platforms.
- Ability to develop AI adoption strategies, success metrics, and value realization plans aligned to customer business objectives.
- Partner across account teams, specialists, customer success, and industry experts to accelerate AI solution deployment and consumption.
- Demonstrated understanding of Agentic AI, workflow automation, and business process transformation opportunities.
- Ability to articulate the competitive differentiation of Microsoft's AI platform and associated business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 7+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strategic Account Technology IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
