As a Senior Consulting Project Manager – Retail and Consumer Goods, you will lead complex, multi-track programs for top-tier RCG clients, ensuring technical delivery aligns with strategic business outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Drive successful delivery of consulting engagements throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, financial management, and closure.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, proactively managing expectations, addressing issues, and helping resolve escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the orchestration point across customers, project teams, partners, sales, customer success, and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment and predictable delivery outcomes.
  • Manage project financials, forecasts, utilization, budgets, risks, assumptions, and dependencies while maintaining delivery quality and profitability.
  • Support presales, scoping, and contracting activities by contributing delivery expertise, estimates, staffing plans, implementation approaches, and delivery risk assessments.
  • Lead delivery governance, including executive status reviews and steering committee discussions, providing clear communication on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate customer value realization, cloud adoption, and future phases of work, partnering with account teams to develop follow-on opportunities.
  • Drive operational excellence through consistent use of delivery methodologies, quality controls, lessons learned, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Lead through influence, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Coach and mentor project team members, sharing knowledge, best practices, and delivery expertise to strengthen team capability and customer outcomes.

Consulting Project Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,500 - $214,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $154,500 - $231,700 per year.
