This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

About the team
We are the engineering backbone behind Amazon's Last Mile delivery network — designing, building, and continuously improving the processes, systems, and physical infrastructure that power millions of deliveries every day. Our org spans multiple sub-teams including Process Engineering, Design Engineering, AI Design, PE Automation, Process Innovation, Systems Design, Design Benchmarking, and High Volume Equipment — working on everything from facility design and automation to next-generation delivery solutions like Quick Commerce. We partner cross-functionally with operations, science, and program teams across NA and globally.
Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
