Position Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Procurement Operations professionals to manage the flow of non-inventory goods for procurement related processes and fulfillment center service activities. Coordinate the demand identification, procurement, and inventory management of all non-merchandise items required for fulfillment center operations. Manage complex supply chain management aspects of procurement. Develop and utilize demand forecast models. Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools. Help manage and control fixed costs, and develop and implement plans to achieve annual fixed and supply costs savings. Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Regional Procurement Managers to drive results. Evaluate performance objectives and metrics.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $126,173/year to $168,700/year.

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skills: (1) experience in procurement or supply chain management; (2) supplier management experience including Service Level Agreement (SLA) management and performance scorecarding; and (3) working with ERP and procurement tools, including Oracle, Coupa, and Ariba. Domestic travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.#0000
