As the ideal candidate, you are a builder who works at the intersection of legal practice, legal operations and AI-native execution, and you translate manual, repetitive legal processes into working automation that delivers measurable time savings. You bring hands-on experience configuring AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and no-code and low-code platforms, with the judgment to know when a tool is good enough to ship and the discipline to measure whether it actually gets used. You are comfortable partnering with lawyers and business teams, driving adoption through iteration and simplification, and you think big about how automation makes coordination unnecessary rather than merely faster, enabling the team to amplify and scale its impact. You read a manual process, separate the genuine judgment from the scaffolding, and you redesign the work so AI carries the process and frees the legal team to focus on the judgment.
This role involves access to confidential legal information and requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
