Original job description

Content provided by the employer

NVIDIA is changing how the largest service providers and telecom operators build and monetize AI infrastructure. AI is shifting from centralized training to distributed inference. Telcos and service providers are well positioned to become the next generation of AI infrastructure and services providers. NVIDIA powers this transition.

We seek a Senior Global Business Development Manager to join our Service Provider/Telco team, ideally based in Santa Clara, CA. You will work directly with our partners to implement NVIDIA technologies, reference architectures, software, and ecosystem capabilities at scale. This role supports partners in launching AI services and generating new revenue sources.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and manage relationships with telecom operators, service providers, model builders, and ISVs — from initial alignment through launch and scale.

  • Define and drive go-to-market strategies with strategic partners to deploy AI Cloud infrastructure, AI inference services, and Enterprise AI solutions.

  • Develop new business models and tokenomics frameworks spanning open weight AI models, Sovereign AI, and Token-as-a-Service — optimizing GPU utilization, efficiency, and cost per token.

  • Identify and uncover Land-Power-Shell opportunities to develop Token factories and AI infrastructure capacity.

  • Engage the NVIDIA ecosystem to connect supply and demand across the AI infrastructure stack.

  • Present and evangelize AI infrastructure opportunities to technology and business executives.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years in business development, partnerships, or go-to-market roles within cloud, infrastructure, or technology.

  • Technical proficiency in data center, cloud, and AI infrastructure.

  • Proven ability to engage both engineering teams and C-suite executives.

  • Experience operating effectively in large, cross-functional global organizations.

  • Track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Extensive knowledge of AI token economics — inference performance, cost per token, GPU utilization, pricing, and Tokens-as-a-Service business models.

  • Experience with AI GPU Neocloud providers or hyperscalers.

  • Background in semiconductor, service provider, and/or telecom industries.

  • Familiarity with the NVIDIA software and platform stack.

  • MBA or Master's preferred; equivalent experience considered
