As the design owner for the Digital Services & Software — a fast-moving space where customers buy digital products, you will solve unique UX challenges around discoverability, and post-purchase CX. You'll work closely with product and engineering to shape roadmaps, define design strategies across multiple programs while delivering end-to-end experiences from early concept through launch.
This isn't a "stay in your lane" role. While Digital Software is your home base, you'll flex into high-priority projects across NASD when the business calls for it — from AI-powered shopping experiences to complex customization flows, you'll work across discovery, detail pages, checkout, and post-purchase surfaces.

• Develop and improve design patterns, standards, and processes that scale for your team
• Lead brainstorming sessions and present at cross-team reviews to demonstrate features and drive design decisions
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data (metrics, usability studies) to inform product-level customer experience decisions
• Work closely with engineering to incorporate capabilities and constraints of the technology stack
• Balance short- and long-term design requirements against engineering constraints
