Content provided by the employer

NVIDIA Networking Product Engineering (NPE) is seeking a highly experienced technical leader to serve as the primary US-based interface between Product Engineering and Operations. This role will strengthen visibility, alignment, and responsiveness as networking products progress from development into high-volume manufacturing. The successful candidate will establish trusted relationships across Engineering, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership while ensuring critical information moves quickly and accurately in both directions. The individual will act as the first line of engagement during product issues, proactively communicate product health and readiness, and ensure operations collaborators have real-time awareness of engineering status, risks, and mitigation plans.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide ongoing awareness of product health, manufacturing readiness, yield performance, risk assessments, and execution status across networking products

  • Translate deep technical engineering information into actionable operational insights for Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain collaborators

  • -Serve as the primary liaison between NPE engineering teams in Israel and Operations teams in the US, creating strong operating mechanisms that keep both sides aligned

  • Ensure operational concerns are surfaced early and addressed before they raise

  • Function as the first responder for product-related operational crises — coordinating rapid engagement of the right engineering experts and driving structured communication throughout

  • Support product transitions from development into manufacturing and mass production, providing awareness of yield trends, readiness landmarks, and process updates

  • Assess operational impacts resulting from technical decisions and changes -

  • Participate in operational reviews, readiness forums, partner concern calls, planning meetings, and war rooms

  • Drive transparency, accountability, and proactive communication across global teams and time zones

What We Need to See:

  • BS, MS, or PhD or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field

  • 12+ years in semiconductor product engineering, manufacturing, process engineering, or operations -Deep understanding of the semiconductor lifecycle from silicon development through volume manufacturing

  • Experience leading complex technical issues and driving multi-functional resolution

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills

  • Direct experience with networking, datacenter, AI, ASIC, or high-performance semiconductor products

  • Strong understanding of yield management, test operations, manufacturing flows, and NPI-to-MP transitions

  • Experience as a technical liaison between engineering and operations — technically deep enough to challenge assumptions, operationally savvy enough to understand manufacturing and planning impacts

  • Track record of improving operational visibility, accelerating issue identification, reducing late-stage partner concerns, and building scalable operating models
