As a member of our NICo Software Development Team, you will be responsible for automating portions of the software development lifecycle, including using AI to automate the process of evaluating, dispatching, and tracking the progress of incoming software defects through their lifecycle. We have crafted a team of extraordinary people stretching around the globe, whose mission is to push the frontiers of what is possible today and define the platform for the future of computing.
What you will be doing:
Within our core DSX NICo team, you'll take charge of developing specific software fixes and ensuring their timely delivery.
Day-to-day tasks include writing AI agents that automate software defect intake and handling the initial triage and assignment.
Collaborate with our quality team to verify the source of the defect and the steps that reproduce the condition.
Work on fixes to the pipeline to achieve timely handling and connect with the interested parties the status of the incoming defects.
Use AI to advance the frontier of open source software development. Including automating ticket triage, bug fixes, low-quality issue detection, and ensuring we have the best AI feedback loops to continuously improve our development processes.
What we need to see:

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 2, and 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
