The ASE Observability team is responsible for designing, building, and operating the core observability platforms that enable engineering organizations at Apple to monitor, debug, and optimize infrastructure and systems at scale. We develop platform solutions that provide comprehensive visibility into application performance, system health, and operational metrics across the entire technology stack.
We are on a journey to continue building our next-generation observability platform with new capabilities like Distributed Tracing, Logging and Continuous profiling.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,000 and $263,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
