Position: Executive Assistant II - AMZ18322.5
Location: Culver City, CA

Multiple Positions Available:

1. Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications;
2. Gain knowledge of team and overall business; serve as a strategic partner to multiple executives and their extended teams;
3. Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations;
4. Manage expense reporting and approval on executives' behalf;
5. Work with other EBPs across Amazon, and external companies;
6. Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of all recurring meetings and departmental events (offsites, All Hands, and conferences) while anticipating conflict;
7. Manage complex calendaring and events based on Executive and Team priorities, while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts;
8. Develop processes to improve operations, managing implementation across the organization;
9. Manage logistics and strategic coordination of the organization's operational planning (e.g. organizational budget, headcount planning);
10. Attend executive meetings, while capturing notes and key decisions;
11. Manage onboarding of new team members.
