We are seeking a Business Operations Technical Program Manager to support operations across DGX Cloud. This role will build the data-driven planning, reporting, fiscal, and personnel mechanisms that help leadership make clear decisions and enable the organization to complete work at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead DGX Cloud’s business operating rhythm, including planning cycles, executive reviews, decision forums, and follow-through on actions and decisions.
Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting that provide a clear view of capacity, program delivery, business performance, spend, budget, headcount, and organizational health.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, FinOps, HR, and TPM teams to define shared benchmarks, planning assumptions, data sources, and performance targets.
Support headcount planning and hiring-plan tracking, including workforce-capacity analysis, prioritization, forecast accuracy, and leadership reporting.
Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives by establishing achievements, dependencies, risks, decision paths, accountable owners, and executive involvement when needed.
Convert intricate operational, technical, financial, and workforce data into clear executive insights, suggestions, and decisions needed.
Improve the quality and speed of business operations through automation, AI-assisted workflows, reliable source-of-truth data, and scalable planning mechanisms.
Identify organizational bottlenecks, data-quality issues, and process gaps; drive durable improvements across planning, reporting, and execution.
What we need to see:
More than 12 overall years in business operations, technical program management, strategy and operations, finance, analytics, or comparable technical/business roles.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience building dashboards, defining important metrics, developing planning models, and translating data into executive recommendations.
Experience leading headcount planning, workforce-capacity analysis, hiring-plan tracking, and organizational planning in partnership with HR and functional leaders.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs involving technical, operational, financial, and organizational dependencies.
Experience establishing operating rhythms, including executive reviews, planning cycles, decision forums, performance tracking, and leadership-ready reporting.
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, large-scale services, or technical operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data and program status into clear risks, tradeoffs, and decisions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5, and 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD for Level 6.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
