The Apple Gift Card Product team is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Product Manager to drive the end-to-end product strategy, development, and growth across both physical and digital gift card experiences globally. We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager with expertise in physical and digital product development, consumer experience, pricing, and offer management to join the Apple Gift Card team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product strategy for Apple's physical gift cards, including their design, packaging, manufacturing, distribution, and the associated customer journeys for redemption, offers, and pricing. This includes staying abreast of market trends, competitive offerings, and consumer preferences.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Design, Marketing, Retail, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Business Operations teams to define requirements and deliver innovative physical gift card products and experiences.
Define, prioritize, and implement product enhancements across the physical and digital gift card lifecycle, from concept and design to manufacturing, distribution, retail placement, and the digital redemption experience.
Analyze market data, consumer insights, and sales performance to inform pricing strategies, promotional offers, and product design decisions for gift cards.
Ensure a seamless and intuitive end-to-end customer experience for physical and digital gift card purchase, gifting, and redemption, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
