We are looking for a litigator with great judgment and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to manage the day-to-day progress of regulatory matters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has experience in handling agency litigation and enforcement defense, subpoenas, CIDs, and other investigations. This role requires a litigator with highly efficient time management skills and the ability to strategically run litigation matters from beginning to end.
Description
As a member of Apple's commercial litigation team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will personally be formulating and driving strategy as well as working with a number of cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency and independent judgment. Travel is anticipated. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including experience with litigation, subpoenas, CIDs, and other investigations.
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

Strong technology interest and aptitude.
Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $235,100 and $353,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
