We are looking for talented technicians to help full-scale production of the Leo satellites. The success of Leo depends on the quality, reliability, cost, manufacturability, throughput, and security of the products that you deliver. Additional Requirements:
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed. Shift will vary, depending on program needs.
- Shift for role: 2nd shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am (Wed - Sat)
- Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position
- Able to lift-up to 25lbs. unassisted

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50 / hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. Key job responsibilities
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other complex aerospace builds

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
