Our team delivers data-driven insights that shape strategy across pricing, packaging, business development, and new product investments for the Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Copilot portfolio. We partner closely with Business Planning, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, and Corporate Strategy to drive some of Microsoft's most important growth decisions. From defining the future of Microsoft 365 Copilot to evaluating investments in emerging AI capabilities, our work plays a critical role in accelerating innovation and business impact. 

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to lead the long-term revenue growth strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot. In this role, you will partner across finance, product, engineering, and marketing to shape packaging, pricing, and monetization strategies for Copilot and AI Agents. Responsibilities

Responsibilities 

  • AI Competitive Analysis: Track generative AI competitors' market share, product roadmaps, financial performance, and funding activity. Develop long-term Copilot share projections using a combination of internal data and external market research. 

  • M365 Copilot Pricing & Packaging: Lead strategy for Copilot SKU lineup, evaluate the financial impact of new features and products, and assess long-term business model viability. Partner with Business Planning and Product Marketing to develop recommendations and influence leadership decisions. 

  • Agent Monetization: Design monetization strategies and business models for the next wave of AI agents, ensuring sound financial principles are embedded in product and investment decisions. 



Qualifications

Requirements 

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
