We're looking for an experienced System Software Engineer to help develop the boot, firmware, and software solutions focused on safeguarding that power NVIDIA's next-generation SoCs. What you'll be doing:

  • Design, develop, and validate SOC & GPU Boot and Security software across Automotive, Embedded, and Data Center platforms.

  • Participate actively in the new silicon lifecycle, spanning pre-silicon simulation/emulation to silicon power-on bring-up phases.

  • Identify, debug, and resolve issues within the Boot stack, ensuring detailed operation.

  • Collaborate closely with architecture, software, and hardware build teams to improve the next generation of NVIDIA System-on-Chips.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of proven experience in relevant roles.

  • Proficiency in bare-metal firmware development, particularly with PCIE, ACPI and ARM/RISC-V technologies.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
