Original job description

Content provided by the employer

NVIDIA pioneered accelerated computing and continues to redefine what’s possible across gaming, visual effects, artificial intelligence, healthcare, robotics, autonomous vehicles, scientific discovery, and high-performance computing. We are seeking a creative, technically curious, and highly experienced Senior Video Producer to build and tell the stories behind these breakthroughs.

This role suits a hands-on visual storyteller who translates complex technologies into clear, compelling, and emotionally engaging narratives. You don’t need to be an expert in all areas of NVIDIA’s business. However, you should be eager to explore topics like artificial intelligence, deep learning, simulation, gaming, medical research, and advanced computing. Then, turn that knowledge into powerful video content. You will support leading the development and production of high-quality video content from initial concept through final delivery, including technical demonstrations, promotional films, executive messages, mini-documentaries, customer success stories, product storytelling, and live-event video projects. This covers producing, directing, capturing footage, and managing post-production in partnership with creative, marketing, communications, and technical teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop, produce, direct, film, and edit high-quality video content for NVIDIA audiences.

  • Translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and visually compelling stories.

  • Lead in-house productions, including lighting, camera, directing, interviews, and field production.

  • Develop technical presentations, marketing videos, brief documentaries, company films, customer success stories, and content related to events. Support livestreams, events, and other time-sensitive video production needs as required.

  • Research story ideas related to artificial intelligence, accelerated computing, gaming, healthcare, visualization, and other NVIDIA business areas.

  • Develop interview questions and lead on-camera discussions with executives, engineers, researchers, customers, and partners.

  • Hire, brief, and direct external crew members and production partners for larger-scale productions. Collaborate with creative directors, editors, designers, marketers, communications teams, and technical collaborators.

  • Maintain a high creative bar across storytelling, cinematography, sound, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in video production, filmmaking, branded content, documentary, corporate storytelling, or a related creative field.

  • A strong demo reel showing work you have directed, shot, produced, and/or edited.

  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.

  • Strong visual storytelling abilities, with experience crafting narratives from concept through final delivery.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage feedback from multiple collaborators.

  • Experience using or experimenting with generative AI tools in creative, production, or post-production workflows.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience producing technology, science, AI, gaming, healthcare, or documentary-style content.

  • Strong cinematography, lighting, interviewing, and editing skills.

  • Ability to bring thoughtful creative opinions while remaining open to feedback and collaboration. Comfortable collaborating with executives, engineers, researchers, and technical subject-matter experts.

  • Experience managing production crews, vendors, schedules, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects.

  • Ability to perform well under deadline pressure while maintaining strong creative standards and integrity.
