A day in the life
You start the day reviewing forecast and capacity inputs, identifying where network variability creates risk. By mid-morning, you're analyzing planning data to diagnose root causes of performance gaps across transportation nodes. After lunch, you facilitate a cross-functional discussion with operations and data science partners to align on a proposed planning mechanism improvement. You spend the afternoon building a business case for your initiative, using SQL to validate assumptions and quantify expected impact. Your day wraps with stakeholder updates, sharing progress on your improvement programs and removing blockers to keep delivery timelines on track.
