About the Role

We seek an Area Manager to bring Amazon’s customer obsession to life. In this role, you’ll oversee operations across multiple locations, leading shift leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll cultivate a dynamic team culture rooted in customer obsession, trust, respect, continuous learning, and enthusiasm.

Key job responsibilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
