Microsoft AI - Creative Studio
Microsoft AI is Microsoft's frontier AI lab, pioneering foundational models and transformative AI technologies that empower people and organizations to achieve more. Its brand is changing fast, and the web is where most people encounter that change first. What we ship here sets the expectation for everything else, and you'll have unusual latitude over how that comes across.
You'll own the front-end build and ongoing development of microsoft.ai, the public home for Microsoft AI's research, models, and news. You'll partner with designers, writers, and creative producers to take comps to production, build custom interactive components, and shape where the platform goes next. You'll also own the operational side of the platform: the requirements, the review gates, and the release process that stand between a finished design and a live page.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the front end of microsoft.ai, from templates and components through publishing workflows
- Turn Figma designs into responsive, accessible production pages with pixel-level fidelity
- Build custom interactive components: media players, embedded demos, data visualizations, model showcases
- Own the content authoring experience so writers and producers can publish without engineering support
- Drive performance, accessibility, and QA across launches - profiling, caching, CDN strategy, and WCAG conformance are yours to own
- Carry engineering compliance through Microsoft's accessibility, security, privacy, and legal review processes
- Own versioning, documentation, and release process so the platform stays maintainable as the team grows
- Help evaluate and evolve the site's underlying platform as needs change
