Responsibilities
  • Drive supply chain readiness for new product introductions by coordinating key milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional execution plans with engineering, sourcing, and operations teams.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks that could impact product launch schedules, capacity availability, cost, or customer commitments.
  • Lead BOM governance and change management processes, ensuring alignment between engineering releases, sourcing activities, and production schedules.
  • Evaluate design, volume, and forecast changes to determine impacts on supply continuity, lead times, inventory strategy, and supplier readiness.
  • Provide executive-ready reporting on material readiness, highlighting key risks, constraints, mitigation plans, and launch status.
  • Represent supply chain requirements during phase gate reviews and influence cross-functional decisions that support successful product launches.
  • Serve as the primary supply chain contact for NPI demand planning, including Capex and Opex requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Drive timely planning and execution of capital requests required to support infrastructure deployment schedules.
  • Develop and execute procurement and inventory strategies, including strategic risk-buy decisions, to meet long-lead-time requirements and production commitments.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end supply chain models incorporating demand signals, end-of-life planning, supplier capacity constraints, resiliency strategies, and multi-sourcing scenarios.
  • Lead supply chain continuity and resilience initiatives through proactive risk assessments, supplier engagement, and mitigation planning.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, program management, hardware development, or consumer electronics OR equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations or a related area.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting NPI and manufacturing activities for PCBA, server, networking, datacenter, semiconductor, or other electronics products.
  • 4+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and operations teams.

 

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

NPI Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
