Original job description

Content provided by the employer

We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the transformation of recruiting analytics from static reporting into a governed, AI-powered experience. In this role, you will define the product boundaries between deterministic reporting and AI-driven exploration, own the governance framework that makes AI trustworthy at scale, and drive the adoption strategy that moves teams from ungoverned workarounds to certified tooling.

This role sits at the intersection of persona-driven product strategy and AI enablement. You will define how recruiting leaders and managers each interact with data based on the decisions they make and the cadence they operate on, then ensure each persona's experience evolves toward the right combination of validation, exploration, and automation.

A successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical, resourceful, a big thinker, a strong writer, and able to operate at all levels of the organization.

Key job responsibilities
- Define the product boundary framework between governed reporting surfaces and AI-powered exploration, informed by persona decision cadences and workflows
- Own the AI governance framework: standards for accuracy, consistency, reproducibility, and data security as AI scales
- Define and execute the forcing function strategy that retires legacy experiences and drives adoption toward governed tooling
- Translate persona workflows into product requirements, understanding how different roles need different analytical experiences based on the work they perform
- Own the customer success model for AI adoption: enablement programs, embedded support, scalable frameworks, and feedback loops that feed the product roadmap
- Establish and track adoption metrics: governed usage, self-serve absorption, intake deflection, and time-to-insight improvements
- Balance strategic vision with tactical execution, understanding causal connections between input health metrics and delivery outcomes
