Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Developer - Tech to help drive this transformation strategy. This is a builder role for someone who can work directly with partners to reimagine how they run their business with AI, prove what's possible through hands-on engagement, and design the model that scales those wins across the partner ecosystem. The specific mechanisms will evolve over time — what stays constant is the outcome we're driving toward: partners who don't just adopt AI tools, but achieve measurable business transformation and become a true extension of AWS field teams.
A day in the life
- Drive partner business transformation: Work hands-on with partners to reimagine their sales, delivery, and operational workflows around agentic AI — moving them from tool adoption to genuine operating-model change.
- Prove what's possible: Lead deep engagements that demonstrate measurable outcomes (deal velocity, pipeline growth, practice scale), building the case studies and evidence that inspire the broader partner base.
- Design for scale: Codify what works into repeatable approaches that others can run, and help build the model that turns transformed partners into a network that scales impact beyond 1:1 engagement.
- Partner across AWS: Collaborate with specialist organizations engineering teams, and field teams to bring a complete transformation offering to partners.
- Measure and iterate: Define success metrics, track outcomes, and continuously refine the transformation approach based on what drives real partner business impact.
